The room was spacious and stylish with a fully equipped kitchen and a top-notch Nespresso machine. The hotel's location was amazing, just a short walk away from Grand Central, Times Square, and major tourist attractions like the Empire State Building and Rockefeller Centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations.

The staff is helpful and kind. The hotel's location is great, with attractions like Times Square and Central Park within walking distance. The room size is larger compared to other hotels in the area, and the kitchenette is convenient. The hotel also has a nice bar.

It had every detail we needed, we appreciated location and staff. Grand Central-42nd Street metro station was 5 min away. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the purpose, would recommend it.

The ambiance of the hotel was upscale and the entire experience felt luxurious.

The only negative aspect was the lack of washcloths in the bathroom, which was a minor inconvenience.

We especially loved the neat little pub in the lower level, it was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The bathroom in our room was also impressive, with a great shower. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

There were some minor inconveniences during the stay, such as the need to request toiletries, coffee capsules, and towel replacements. the AC did not have temperature controls.

The hotel facilities are top-notch as there is a charming lounge with plush furniture and a Victorian decor. The room was chic and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was exceptional- welcoming and very helpful. We loved the Nespresso coffee machine in the room.

We loved staying at this modern hotel located in a bustling area close to many famous Manhattan tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean and equipped with all necessary amenities, like the stylish furniture and cozy bed. The highlight of our stay was the big bathroom and a nice kitchenette with fridge, microwave, stove-top, and dishware. The location was extremely convenient, with the metro station, banks, and even a pharmacy/supermarket all nearby.

While the staff could use some improvement, we enjoyed every other aspect of our stay.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the rooms were spacious and brightly decorated, which added a burst of color to my day. Additionally, I loved that they provided AppleTV in the rooms, it was a great entertainment option.
